Strategic Financial Planning Manager

Purpose of the Position Lead the medium- and long-term financial planning of the business, integrating understanding of the company's strategy and goals, as well as the analysis of market trends and competitors, to make informed decisions that align with the company's vision and values. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement a comprehensive financial plan for the medium- and long-term, taking into account the company's strategic objectives and goals. • Analyze market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify opportunities and risks that may impact the business. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of financial planning with overall business strategy. • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, analysts, and regulatory bodies. • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field. • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a multinational company. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
