Water Sanitation and Electrical Operations Manager

Requirements of the position Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering. Experience: Previous experience in hydro-sanitary and electrical maintenance, minimum 3 years in a similar position. Skills: Solid knowledge of water sanitation and electrical operations, problem-solving skills and ability to work as a team. Responsibilities of the position: Supervise and coordinate the water sanitation and electrical operations of the institution. Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and systems, ensuring optimal functioning and minimizing downtime. Develop and implement procedures for the proper operation and maintenance of water treatment plants, pumping stations, and other facilities. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards. Coordinate with other departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration. Provide technical guidance and support to staff members. Monitor and report on the status of equipment and systems, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
