Technical Project Office Manager (Contract/Furniture)

The Challenge Awaiting You

In this role, you will take responsibility for coordinating, modernizing, and making the Technical Project Office shine. Your main mission will not be the individual design of spaces, but the comprehensive evolution of the department. You will become the key player in eliminating bottlenecks, reducing commercial response times, and raising the standards of visual quality and economic viability for each proposal.

The Three Pillars of the Position:

1. Team Leadership and Impact

You will be at the head of a diverse and specialized team. Your main challenge will be to coordinate this structure in a unified manner in a hybrid environment, maintaining the group's cohesion, motivation, and operational excellence.

2. Innovation in Efficiency and Processes

You will be the engine of methodological change. We are looking for someone with an analytical vision to audit traditional workflows and implement automations, agile methodologies (Lean, Agile), and intelligent templates. Your goal is to transform repetitive tasks into agile and fluid processes.

3. Business Vision and Technical Quality

You will act as a transversal bridge of assertive communication between the technical area, commercial, and marketing departments. You will oversee the excellence of deliverables (drawings, renders, and layouts), ensuring they reflect the essence of the product, respect financial margins, and comply with the technical specifications of large tenders.

What Fits You?

We are looking for a candidate with higher education in a technical field (Industrial Design, Architecture, Interior Design, or related) and a track record of at least 3 to 5 years managing teams and technical project offices in contract, industrial, or corporate equipment environments.

You will stand out if you master strategic planning (PPM tools like Jira, Asana, or MS Project), if you are enthusiastic about continuous improvement of office processes, and if you have the technical fluency in English (B2 level) necessary to support large-scale international delegations and accounts.
