Audit Mission Manager M/F

Our Tours office is strengthening its audit department and is looking for an Audit Mission Manager M/F, ready to get involved in high value-added missions, alongside a statutory auditor. #ChezFITECO Saint-Cyr-sur-Loire, you will work on a portfolio of varied mandates (SMEs, associations, consolidated groups) at each stage of the statutory audit mission, with a high level of autonomy and in direct contact with the statutory auditor. To strengthen our audit department, we are looking for our Audit Mission Manager M/F. You will be part of a dynamic and motivated team. Your contribution will be invaluable to collective success! Your main missions: 1. Mission Planning - Assess the risks of material misstatement (risk areas) and define the work program; - Integrate and brief teams on the mission (stakes, strategy, NEP). 2. Execution and Supervision: - Conduct audits on significant cycles; - Supervise the work of collaborators and ensure their quality; - Alert in case of schedule slippage or difficulties; - Formalize the summary note for the statutory auditor; - Prepare the accounts certification reports. 3. Management and Support: - Manage a team of auditors (2 to 3 people depending on the files); - Train, support, and develop the skills of collaborators. Your Benefits Why come work #ChezFITECO?
