As a Maintenance Responsible, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities by performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting issues, and implementing process improvements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize projects that drive business results. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: • Performing routine maintenance tasks on equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance. • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a timely and efficient manner. • Implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize projects that drive business results. • Developing and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration. • Providing exceptional customer service by responding promptly to requests and resolving issues in a timely manner. • Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, including documentation of work performed, materials used, and costs incurred. • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve processes and procedures. • Participating in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge. Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. • 2+ years of experience in maintenance, repair, or operations role. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting (up to 50 pounds). Certifications: • OSHA certification preferred but not required. • Other relevant certifications or licenses may be considered.
