Maintenance Manager

Job Objective

To ensure the optimal, safe, and continuous operation of equipment and facilities through the correct administration and execution of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs, ensuring equipment availability, compliance with quality, safety, and productivity standards, as well as adequate supervision of the personnel under their charge.

Requirements

• Mechanical, Electromechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum experience of 3 years performing similar functions.
• Availability to work according to operational needs.

Experience

• Administration and execution of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
• Coordination and supervision of technical personnel.
• Planning and follow-up of maintenance activities.
• Management of resources, tools, and materials.
• Preparation of maintenance reports and indicators.

Knowledge

• Refrigeration equipment and combustion systems.
• Industrial maintenance administration.
• Automation and control.
• Industrial instrumentation.

• Gas analysis equipment.
• Interpretation of technical manuals.
• Safety regulations applicable to maintenance work.

Main Responsibilities

• Prepare, coordinate, and follow up on preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
• Supervise maintenance personnel activities, ensuring compliance with established procedures.
• Diagnose failures and coordinate corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Ensure the correct operation of refrigeration, combustion, and instrumentation equipment.
• Manage the resources, tools, and spare parts necessary for the execution of the work.
• Track maintenance indicators and prepare performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations during maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with different areas for the scheduling of activities to avoid affecting operations.
• Promote continuous improvement of maintenance processes.
