Job description
We are looking for a person responsible for facilities maintenance for a company in the industrial sector. The main mission consists of ensuring that general facilities and industrial equipment operate reliably, safely, and are available at all times. To achieve this, it will be necessary to plan, coordinate, and optimize maintenance tasks, complying with the established technical, quality, safety, and efficiency standards. Among the functions to be performed are the supervision of preventive and corrective maintenance, breakdown analysis, supplier and subcontractor management, and the optimization of consumption such as water and fuels. Collaboration with the Production, Quality, and Engineering departments will also be involved, technical documentation will be kept up-to-date, and participation in improvement and energy efficiency projects will be required. A stable contract and the opportunity to develop in a dynamic environment with a high technical component are offered.
