Manager of Trust Mandates

You will be part of a dedicated trust team that supports clients in an increasingly digital environment. Together, you will work on demanding mandates for SMEs and various legal forms, in close collaboration with specialized experts, particularly from the tax department. Knowledge sharing, taking responsibility, and collaboration are at the core of our priorities. Your Impact - Independently and actively manage a diverse client portfolio, comprising SMEs and various legal forms as well as branches. - Take charge of supporting our clientele in the areas of financial accounting, debtors and creditors, as well as tax matters in collaboration with our tax experts. - Occasionally carry out external assignments in the field of finance and accounting with companies. - Assume coaching and mentoring tasks within the team and share your knowledge and experience for quality control of the work performed and fair workload distribution within the team. - Actively support client acquisition and offer development, and assist the team. Your Profile - Completed further education at the federal certificate level, business administration ES/HES in accounting and controlling, or in the process of training as a certified trust expert. - Several years of experience in a trust environment and experience in independently managing demanding mandates. - Native German speaker and very good command of English. - Analytical, precise, and results-oriented working method, and be open, team-oriented, responsible, and skilled in communication. - You appreciate working in small teams and enjoy coaching tasks. - You consider yourself a confident IT user with a winning, service-oriented personality.
