The Store Manager (M/F) position

Today, we are looking for 1 Store Manager.
As the true leader of your point of sale, your missions will be varied and strategic:
- Manage, support, and develop your team (supervisors and store employees)
- Ensure good operational management: orders, reception, stock, layouts, and shelving
- Analyze performance indicators and implement corrective actions with your Regional Manager
- Guarantee quality customer service and an in-store experience up to Action's standards
- Monitor all administrative activities: schedules, cash register management, email follow-up…
- Actively participate in the recruitment and integration of future employees
- Be a committed link within your region

- You have a Bac +2/3 degree and a successful experience of at least 4 years in retail and team management
- You are available from Monday to Saturday (day package / 5 working days)
