Full-Time IT Solutions Officer

The IT Solutions Office is responsible for and maintenance of the infrastructure and telephone systems, advising the entire City of Nyon and providing assistance as well as managing specific projects. It is in this context and following the retirement of the incumbent that we are looking for a: Full-Time IT Solutions Officer Your main missions will be to design, pilot, and ensure the implementation of information systems and digital solutions, ensuring their integration with existing systems and processes. You will also be responsible for monitoring and evaluating the performance of these systems, identifying areas for improvement and proposing corrective measures. In addition, you will provide technical support and training to users, as well as participate in the development of new projects and initiatives. Finally, you will ensure compliance with security and confidentiality standards, as well as maintain accurate records and reports. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, information systems, or a related field; • At least 5 years of experience in IT project management, system administration, or a related field; • Strong knowledge of IT solutions, digital technologies, and data analysis; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Fluency in French (spoken and written).
