Your Mission

As part of an ambitious digital transformation strategy, we are looking for a Head of Digital Transformation to lead the evolution of the information system, support the modernization of tools, and foster the development of a genuine digital culture within the organization.

As a member of the Management Committee, you will define the digital strategy, lead its implementation, and support teams in technological and organizational transformations.

You will supervise the current IT Manager and coordinate external partners to ensure the coherence, performance, and security of the information system.

We are a company of about fifty employees.

Your Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

• Define and implement the digital transformation strategy.
• Translate management orientations into an operational roadmap.
• Ensure the governance of the information system.
• Define and monitor budgets related to digital transformation.
• Develop performance indicators and dashboards.
• Identify and manage risks related to security, business continuity, and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain technological watch and promote digital innovation.

Transformation Management

• Lead information system modernization projects.
• Define the target architecture and oversee its evolution.
• Optimize business applications and internal processes.
• Finalize and consolidate the deployment of Microsoft 365 and SharePoint.
• Supervise IT service providers and ensure the quality of services delivered.
• Lead the analysis of needs, selection, and deployment of a future ERP solution.
• Design and coordinate training programs related to digital, cybersecurity, and artificial intelligence.
• Support users in adopting new tools and practices.

Digital Innovation and Accessibility

• Develop digital solutions that promote beneficiary autonomy.
• Actively monitor assistive technologies and accessibility solutions.
• Evaluate new tools incorporating artificial intelligence.
• Contribute to the development of new digital services with high added value.
• Develop partnerships with sector stakeholders.

Your Profile

Education

• Higher education in management information systems, information systems, or an equivalent field (University of Applied Sciences, University, or Master's degree).

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in leading digital transformation and information system projects.
• Proven experience in managing complex projects.
• Experience in managing teams and external service providers.
• Experience in the associative, public, parapublic, or medico-social sectors is an asset.

Technical Skills

• Excellent command of the Microsoft 365 environment (SharePoint, Entra ID, Intune, Exchange, M365 governance).
• Experience in selecting and deploying ERP solutions.
• Good knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, and cybersecurity.
• Understanding of the challenges related to generative artificial intelligence.
• Sensitivity to digital accessibility issues is appreciated.
