Data Governance Officer

Data Governance Officer In Future, data is a strategic asset for business, decision-making, and regulatory compliance. This position has a strategic and transversal role within the organization. It will be responsible for defining, leading, and consolidating the Data Governance framework, ensuring its adoption and maintenance across the company. The officer will work closely with stakeholders to identify data governance needs and develop policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate objectives. This includes developing and implementing data management plans, conducting data quality assessments, and providing training and support to employees on data governance best practices. The officer will also collaborate with other departments to integrate data governance into their processes and systems. Additionally, the officer will monitor and report on data governance metrics and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and proposing corrective actions. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills, as well as experience in data management and governance. The ideal candidate should have a degree in a related field, such as computer science or information systems, and at least 5 years of experience in data governance or a related field.
