CRM Responsible

Job Description
We are looking for a CRM Responsible to lead the management and optimization of our customer relationship platform. Your mission will be to convert user data into effective business actions, driving strategies for conversion, retention, and loyalty that strengthen the bond with our players and generate sustainable results.

Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and analysis teams, ensuring compliance with the online gaming regulatory framework in Spain and data protection regulations (RGPD).

Main Responsibilities

• Manage, optimize, and monitor CRM campaigns across different channels.
• Design strategies for segmentation, automation, and personalization.
• Analyze customer data to detect trends, behaviors, and opportunities.
• Measure and optimize KPIs related to acquisition, conversion, retention, and reactivation.
• Coordinate with compliance, marketing, and product teams to ensure strategic coherence.
• Ensure the quality, security, and legal compliance of managed data.

Working Hours
Monday to Friday | 8:30 am to 5:00 pm

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in CRM management, digital marketing, or similar roles.
• University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Specific training in CRM, automation, or data analysis.
• Strong skills in segmentation, personalization, and result analysis.
• Analytical profile, results-oriented, and strategic mindset.
• Prior experience in regulated online gaming environments.
• Commitment to corporate ethics and compliance with regulatory norms.
