We are growing and looking for a Responsible of Compressors who will lead the compressors strategy of the Group and drive operational efficiency, continuous improvement and competitiveness. What will you do? (Main responsibilities) 1. Global Strategy and Management of Compressors Define and implement the global strategy for compressors, ensuring alignment with the company's objectives and goals. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation. Identify and prioritize areas for process optimization and cost reduction. Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination. 2. Compressors Operations Management Ensure the efficient operation of compressors, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity. Develop and implement procedures for regular maintenance, inspection, and repair. Monitor and control compressor performance, identifying potential issues before they become major problems. Implement corrective actions to address any deviations from expected performance. 3. Continuous Improvement and Innovation Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize compressor performance, reduce costs, and enhance overall efficiency. Identify opportunities for innovation and implement new technologies or processes to stay ahead of the competition. Collaborate with other departments to share best practices and knowledge. 4. Team Management Lead a team of compressors technicians and engineers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to perform their duties effectively. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team. Develop and implement performance metrics and goals for the team, ensuring alignment with company objectives. 5. Reporting and Communication Prepare and present regular reports on compressors operations, performance, and maintenance activities. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams, to ensure that all parties are informed and aligned. 6. Budgeting and Cost Control Manage the budget for compressors operations, ensuring that costs are controlled and optimized. Identify opportunities for cost reduction and implement changes to achieve savings. Collaborate with other departments to develop and manage budgets.
