I have the immense pleasure to write alongside you the story of the first French fashion brand born online. A story named Sézane, which places common sense, quality, and creativity at the heart of everything.

Raconter Sézane is more than 20 years of a succession of founding adventures and choices: the choice to do otherwise, the choice of humanity, the choice to act, but also the choice to trust one's convictions and the possibility of deconstructing certain ideas.

We are looking for a Responsible of Boutique (H/F) for the opening of an apartment in Geneva.

Your main responsibilities will be as follows:

Guarantee a unique Customer experience :

• Making the Customer the priority of the apartment to ensure optimal Customer service ;
• Giving guidance by example in-store, being the first ambassador of the brand ;
• Being a driving force for specific actions to make the Customer experience memorable and unique from your boutique (ownership) ;
• Strengthening Clienteling through different events ;
• Treating complaints and dissatisfied Customers to satisfy and retain our Clients ;
• Knowing our sustainable development policy to respond to Customers ;
• On markets with several stores, developing relationships with Sezane & Octobre store managers to optimize commercial opportunities and offer exceptional Customer service.

Manager of large teams :

• Identifying talents, recruiting, and training by setting up succession plans ;
• Training Managers to ensure their teams deliver a unique Customer experience ;
• Managing, developing, and accompanying your teams to make them grow ;
• Accompanying the team through consistent coaching, identifying formation needs ;
• Creating a positive and harmonious environment to create group synergy ;
• Vehiculating and following up on the Head Office's vision ;
• Relaying the brand's commitments through inclusive actions.

Guarantee the Image :

• Guaranteeing a product presentation conform to Sézane's DNA ;
• Participating in implementing merchandising and monitoring it ;
• Offering Customers an inspiring and passionate shopping experience ;
• FOLLOWING AND MAINTAINING THE COMMERCIAL LEVEL OF THE POINT OF SALE ;
• Assuring a competitive watch ;
• Guaranteeing the good maintenance of the apartment: management & follow-up of suppliers (flowers, books), project or work management.

Pilot and optimize performance :

• Planning and organizing your point of sale to anticipate needs ;
• Participating in defining the necessary staff for responding to Customer expectations ;
• Guaranteeing good stock management ;
• Maintaining a good operations and cash flow management ;

• Assuring compliance with processes and deploying the brand's strategy ;
• Maintaining a permanent link with the Retail Direction, the headquarters on Marketing, HR, Legal, ... and having a complete vision of your point of sale.

Requirements

Profile sought :

• Pasionate about commerce, you want to satisfy your customers through your sense of service and generosity ;
• By your posture and proactivity, you are a conductor on the ground and like to guide your team by example ;
• You are skilled at accompanying and making your collaborators grow to ensure optimal Customer service. You like to animate large teams ;
• We are looking for an agile person with a lively and dynamic personality to carry out all these missions.
