Job Description

You will be responsible for managing a profit center in accordance with the company's strategy and in conjunction with a Sales Manager. Your mission will be to manage a team and support them daily with your expertise and interpersonal skills, and you will be responsible for their skill development, while respecting the company's values and brand image.

You will be the guarantor of your store's atmosphere, creating a motivating environment conducive to professional growth.

With a background in commercial management, you have gained initial experience in store management and team management. Rigorous, organized, with a sense of priorities, you possess excellent interpersonal skills and a strong product sensitivity. You demonstrate a genuine results-oriented commercial temperament, combined with a strong sense of customer service.

Of excellent presentation, you are charismatic and familiar with the luxury sector.
