Store Manager Aix-en-Provence

As a Store Manager in our Aix-en-Provence store (35-39 hours), you set the tone daily, energize the team, and transform commercial objectives into concrete actions on the ground. You guarantee an impeccable and memorable customer experience. Responsible for the overall performance of the store, you provide close-proximity leadership, support your team with kindness and high standards, and ensure the point of sale remains impeccable and inspiring. You are also the primary point of contact for headquarters and actively contribute to the brand's development in your region.

Your main responsibilities

• You are responsible for the overall management of the store: the team, sales, store presentation, and achieving objectives.

• You manage, support, and motivate your team to bring out the best in each employee.

• You handle administrative tasks related to human resources, such as performance reviews and recruitment interviews.

• You monitor KPIs (key performance indicators) related to sales, customer satisfaction, and scheduling.

• You are the primary point of contact for headquarters teams and the Retail Coordinator.

• You identify market opportunities and respond to them through commercial actions and optimizations.

• You ensure optimal team scheduling and rigorous stock management.

• You have at least 2 to 3 years of experience in a management position, ideally in the retail sector.

• You hold a BTS MCO or an equivalent qualification, preferably with a focus on commerce, management, or fashion.

• You are flexible and available to work variable hours, including evenings and weekends.

• You have a strong sense of responsibility, a proactive attitude, and know how to rally, support, and motivate a team daily.

• You reside in Aix-en-Provence or its surrounding region.

• If applicable: You are authorized to work in France.
