Branch Manager (Automotive Glazing) M/F - Bordeaux

Specializing for over 20 years in the replacement and repair of automotive and light commercial vehicle glazing, GLASSEO operates nationwide through a network of branches covering a large part of the territory. Their professional specialty lies in their intervention service offered exclusively at the customer's home.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating a team of 3 technicians and the activities of the branch located near Bordeaux, in Gradignan.

As an operational field contact, your responsibilities in this role will consist of:

• Training and mentoring the existing teams to maintain a high level of service quality across the entire branch

• Ensuring the operational management of the site's activities: monitoring supplies, monitoring quality and productivity indicators, monitoring the state of the vehicle fleet and equipment, and ensuring the proper upkeep of the branch

• Actively participating in the company's outreach (through customer relations and external communication on social networks, among others) and the development of the branch (by being involved in the recruitment process for technicians)

• Carrying out home glazing installations, in compliance with internal procedures and methods

• Ensuring effective communication and information flow to the Operations Manager

With technical training from BAC to BAC+2 (equivalent to high school diploma to 2-year post-secondary degree), you have at least 5 years of successful experience in a manual/field-based profession.

With real manual aptitude, you are also recognized for your interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to easily build a professional network and attract potential recruits. Your sense of responsibility and your exemplary conduct are strong assets for guiding technicians in applying the group's work methods and procedures to achieve the set branch objectives.

This is a permanent (CDI) position with management status. A 2-month probationary period is planned, renewable once for 2 months. A training period is systematically offered upon integration. The salary for this position will depend on the profile of the person recruited.
