Agency Responsible

Hotelis SA is the largest Swiss company active in recruiting and selecting talents for permanent and temporary positions in the hospitality and restaurant industries. Our expertise allows us to be the preferred partner of many high-end hotels, restaurants, catering services (events, stadiums, and exhibition centers) as well as collective restaurant operators. Following the internal promotion of the current agency responsible, we are looking for a new team member who will take over the management of our agency in Lausanne. The ideal candidate should have a degree in human resources or a related field and at least 3 years of experience in recruitment or HR. He/she should be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the agency's daily operations, including but not limited to: - Managing a team of recruiters; - Coordinating job postings and interviews; - Maintaining relationships with clients and candidates; - Ensuring compliance with Swiss labor laws and regulations; - Developing and implementing recruitment strategies; - Analyzing and reporting on recruitment metrics.
