Branch Manager M/F

As part of the opening of our future Domaliance Bagnols-sur-Cèze branch, we are looking for our future Branch Manager. Under the direct supervision of the Regional Director, you will be the driving force behind the development and growth of your branch, while benefiting from the support and resources made available by headquarters. Your main responsibilities are as follows: · Commercial Development: You will be responsible for developing and retaining your client portfolio, as well as establishing and maintaining solid partnerships with local stakeholders. Client follow-up management, including satisfaction and invoicing, will also be your responsibility. · Personnel Management: You will manage the team of caregivers, whom you will have carefully recruited, as well as the branch staff. You will be in charge of managing schedules and replacements for caregivers, ensuring optimal quality of service for our beneficiaries. As part of your duties, you will be required to travel regularly to prospects, beneficiaries, and institutional partners within the territory assigned to your branch.
