The position of Business Manager - Construction - FRANCHISE (M/F)

In the Rhône region, four sector opportunities are available: 3 in LYON and 1 in VILLEFRANCHE-SUR-SAÔNE to cover the 69 department.

With the Cybel Extension brand, the leading national network in the home extension market (house extensions and garage construction), create your own business and become an independent Construction Business Manager. You will manage your company, organize and monitor your activity, while benefiting from comprehensive and quality support from the brand and the network.
Your profession: independent general contractor, expert in extensions. You will assist individuals from A to Z with their home extension projects, from design (with our design office and partner architecture firm) to completion, ensuring project management with a firm price and a guaranteed completion deadline, secured by the unique general contractor contract.
You will be engaged in a passionate and rewarding profession, being your own boss without ever being alone.

Recruitment:
Cybel Extension offers monthly information meetings, with a limited number of participants to ensure quality exchanges.
Personal interviews are then conducted by the network's managers to determine your professional objectives and imagine a common project, aligned with the network's values: Respect, Professionalism, and Success.

We are looking for individuals with significant experience in the construction field as a site manager or project manager (and similar activities), who are dynamic and autonomous, ready to adhere to the concept and know-how that drive our success.
