Context 📄

As the Quality Control Manager, you will report to the Ops Excellence team and will be responsible for managing and ensuring the successful execution of the first-level permanent control system across all consumer credit and banking operational processes of the France Business Unit.

In this context, you will build the first-level control plan and ensure its successful operational execution through the management of a team of 4 quality controllers.

You will thus ensure the management of operational risks, regulatory compliance, and the quality of transaction processing in interaction with the Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Internal Control teams.

Missions 🚀

1) Management of the permanent control system

• Build the first-level control plan across all processes
• Structure the control framework and associated methodologies, in line with Group guidelines
• Ensure the updating of documentary frameworks
• Guarantee the coverage of operational risks identified in the risk mapping
  
  

2) Analysis of discrepancies and continuous improvement

• Analyze discrepancies detected during controls and assess their operational and regulatory impacts
• Define, implement, and monitor corrective action plans with operational teams
• Identify structural process failures and propose improvement actions, particularly through the use of AI technologies
  
  

3) Operational execution, reporting, and management

• Manage the first-level control system: organize, prioritize, and supervise the execution of the control plan by managing 4 quality controllers, while producing and tracking key indicators (compliance rate, progress, type and criticality of discrepancies, action plans)
• Ensure the effectiveness of the system and remediations: ensure the processing of recommendations from internal and external audits and oversee the implementation and effectiveness of associated corrective actions
• Contribute to governance and risk management: lead committee meetings, participate in forums with the Risk, Compliance, and Internal Control teams, and strengthen the overall risk management system

About you 👇

• You have at least 10 years of experience, including significant experience in a banking or fintech environment
• You have previously structured and managed control or quality systems in an operational environment
• You have confirmed managerial experience and strong analytical skills
• You have an operational level of English
