Management Controller Manager | Permanent Contract

Job Description
To strengthen our Finance team, we are looking for our future Management Controller Manager.

Your mission: to drive performance and give meaning to the numbers
As Management Controller Manager, you hold a central position at the heart of our organization. A true strategic partner to the Management Committee and operational teams, you will structure, lead, and develop management control to inform decision-making, optimize economic performance, and support the sustainable growth of our activities.
You will directly manage a team of 5 management controllers, whom you will unite, develop, and evolve with a focus on excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Your responsibilities
• Organize, structure, and supervise the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and long-term plans (LTP)
• Ensure reliable, relevant, and decision-oriented financial reporting for management and the Group
• Lead performance management, including historical and forward-looking analyses, and ensure follow-up of action plans
• Support operational managers in daily management, economic studies, projects, simulations, and anticipations
• Be responsible for compliance with local and Group methods, standards, rules, and procedures
• Actively contribute to the optimization of management information tools and systems (processes, configurations, data quality)
• Ensure the correct application of tax rules, ensure compliance, and collaborate during potential audits
• Anticipate, coordinate, and monitor internal and external audits as well as associated action plans
• Draft, implement, and monitor management procedures
• Manage, lead, and develop a team of 5 management controllers, fostering autonomy, skill development, and engagement

Profile
• Higher education degree in management sciences, business, or engineering with a focus on management/finance
• Minimum 5 years of experience in management control, with proven experience in team management
• Excellent command of Excel and proficiency with reporting tools
• Good knowledge of English; German is an asset
• Analytical and structured mindset, rigor, reliability, and pragmatism
• Natural leadership, excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to rally people
• Proactivity and ability to propose solutions, with a real sensitivity to continuous improvement and change management
• Stress resistance and sense of priorities, in a demanding and stimulating environment
