The Position
We are looking for an Accounting Manager to oversee all accounting operations while supporting key sales administration processes. This role combines operational accounting responsibilities, management control, and process improvement projects. You will contribute to strengthening financial discipline and modernizing and optimizing our internal workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Administration

• Manage client invoicing accurately and on time
• Ensure accounts receivable follow-up
• Drive collection efforts and debt recovery
• Collaborate with sales and operational teams to ensure billing accuracy

Accounting & Financial Operations

• Take full responsibility for the general ledger and trial balance (completeness, accuracy, compliance)
• Ensure daily bookkeeping and reliability of records
• Oversee supplier payments and expense management
• Manage tax declarations (VAT and other fiscal obligations)
• Prepare and file annual accounts with the competent authorities in France and Belgium
• Ensure compliance with French and Belgian accounting standards

Reporting & Control

• Prepare monthly financial reporting and reconciliations
• Contribute to budget preparation and financial analysis
• Maintain robust internal controls and ensure data integrity

Process & Systems Improvement

• Identify opportunities for optimization and simplification of accounting processes
• Participate in the implementation of new workflows and policies
• Evaluate and deploy new tools if necessary
• Promote automation, efficiency, and best practices

Profile Sought

• At least 5 years of accounting experience
• In-depth mastery of French and Belgian accounting and tax standards and regulations
• Demonstrated ability to improve and optimize processes
• Rigor, attention to detail, and results orientation
• Proactivity and enthusiasm
• Mastery of French and English indispensable
• Knowledge of NetSuite is an asset

• Experience in a software, SaaS, or technology environment
• Comfort in a dynamic and demanding culture
• Ability to balance operational tasks and strategic projects
