We’re looking for a detail-oriented individual with excellent writing skills to join our Corporate Communications and PR team in Montréal as Manager, Corporate Communications. Your task – develop and execute innovative global communication strategies that amplify our brand presence, engage influencers, and strengthen stakeholder relationships. Your day at a glance:

  • Develop and execute global press strategies that elevate our brand visibility and thought leadership globally
  • Manage press release planning, development, and distribution (in collaboration with PR agency)
  • Collaborate with regional marketing colleagues to establish, cultivate, and grow positive media relations programs aligned with the corporate strategy
  • Assist in coordinating press interviews, including spokesperson prep and message development
  • Build relationships with local and national Canadian press to position the company as an innovative technology developer and employer of choice
  • Develop a dynamic editorial calendar that promotes key business initiatives, corporate narratives, and overall brand awareness
  • Monitor industry trends and media coverage to inform strategy and identify proactive storytelling opportunities
  • Implement global best practices and guidelines and oversee execution within regions
  • Support corporate media training for spokespeople and subject matter experts to ensure ongoing thought leadership
  • Develop rapid-fire responses to industry developments
  • Support global communications and marketing initiatives, including product launches, press & analyst events, office launches, and PR campaigns
  • Measure communication impact through coverage, engagement, and share of voice metrics - and evolve strategy accordingly

What makes you a great fit:

  • 8+ years of communications experience (minimum 2 years in a B2B role)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field
  • Proven experience in media relations and issues management
  • True passion for developing strategic communications programs that drive measurable business results
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while working in a fast-paced environment
  • A collaborative mindset — you know how to get great ideas across teams and across borders
  • Demonstrated ability to take complex ideas and translate them into key messages that resonate with stakeholders
  • Experience in advising internal stakeholders on external communications best practices
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience working in both corporate and regional communications/marketing teams an asset
  • Experience working with regional/Canadian press an asset
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), and experience with AI tools and project management software
  • Fluent in French and English, both verbal and written (this role requires interaction with our international collaborators and customers)
