Sales Manager – Showroom & Team Management (M/F)

Mia Couture is a Parisian couture house located in Arcueil, dedicated to the creation of unique wedding and evening gowns. For over ten years, our workshop has combined artisanal craftsmanship and refinement to accompany each future bride through an exclusive experience, from the first sketch to the final fittings. To structure our organization and support our growth, we are looking for a Sales Manager to lead the activity of our showroom and manage the team on a daily basis.

Your daily tasks

You will take operational direction of the Arcueil showroom with complete autonomy in managing commercial performance and organizing the boutique. You will manage the team of sales advisors and designers, lead key showroom events, and guarantee the excellence of the customer experience in accordance with luxury codes. You will monitor sales indicators, optimize reception processes, and ensure the successful completion of our clients' projects.

What we expect from you

• Proven experience in team management and commercial performance management, ideally in the high-end retail or bespoke sector.

• Keen sense of customer service, elegance, and rigor in sales tracking.

• Ability to unite a team around common objectives and organize the daily operations of a showroom.

Your work environment and benefits

You will have a laptop for your daily tasks. Your public transport costs will be partially reimbursed. You will benefit from professional training modules to support your onboarding and develop your skills.

Compensation

The proposed compensation for this position is between EUR 2,700 and 3,600 per month.

Your first months at Mia Couture

From your first weeks, you will take charge of the daily management of the Arcueil showroom and build a privileged relationship with our team. You will structure the monitoring of commercial indicators and quickly find your footing in assisting our clients to ensure the quality of service characteristic of the house.
