New Construction and Business Development Commercial Manager

Location: Bilbao and surrounding area (Bizkaia) Type of contract: Indefinite Full-time Type of work: On-site About the position Promotional real estate company in expansion is seeking to incorporate a New Construction and Business Development Commercial Manager to promote the marketing of residential promotions and contribute to the company's growth by identifying and capturing new land opportunities in Bilbao and its surroundings. We are looking for a profile with deep knowledge of the real estate market, excellent communication skills, and ability to work independently. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, marketing, and business development, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities: - Identify and capture new land opportunities in Bilbao and its surroundings. - Develop and implement a commercial strategy for the company's residential promotions. - Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth. - Build relationships with key stakeholders, including developers, architects, and local authorities. - Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing materials and promotional campaigns. - Monitor and report on the performance of the company's residential promotions. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field. - Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales, marketing, or business development. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. - Knowledge of the Bilbao and surrounding area real estate market.
