Job description

A true field manager, professional in charcuterie and cheese, at the cutting board, you organize and animate the Cutting Room Charcuterie-Cheese area within a store focused on traditional sectors.

You organize and animate a team of collaborators (recruitment, scheduling, ...). You will apply a benevolent and participatory management approach.

You are a good manager in this sector (manage stock and purchases, conduct an inventory, apply a price policy consistent with the guidelines given by Management, highlight seasonal products ...)

You have excellent knowledge of products and current legislation.
