Job description

Your missions

You will ensure the management of international mobility financing schemes for students and staff and contribute to its steering.

You will guarantee the quality, compliance, and administrative and financial monitoring of scholarship schemes, particularly within the framework of the Erasmus+ program.

In addition to this main mission, you will contribute to the implementation of UTC's commitments within the framework of the Erasmus+ Charter and its major priorities: inclusion and diversity, ecological transition, digital transformation, participation in democratic life, and European values.

In this context, you will participate in the development of actions for students and staff: events, awareness-raising activities, short training courses, online resources, and training.

As the "Digital Transition" Erasmus+ referent for the DRI, you will also support the digital transformation of mobility processes and actively participate in the deployment, functional configuration, and adoption of the international mobility and university partnerships management software within the DRI.

Your activities

1. Coordinate the activity of the "Scholarships" unit

  • Ensure the management of various financing schemes for the international mobility of students and staff

  • Coordinate the management of Erasmus+ scholarships and other national, regional, or institutional financing schemes

  • Organize and promote international mobility scholarships (aid allocation campaigns, information and support for students and staff)

  • Ensure the administrative and financial monitoring of international mobility scholarship files and dedicated budgets

  • Produce data, indicators, reports, and statistics

  • Ensure compliance with eligibility criteria, procedures, and rules specific to the different programs

  • Participate in the definition and evolution of criteria and procedures, with a view to simplification, reliability, and continuous improvement.

  • Contribute to Erasmus+ reports, institutional reviews, and any controls and audits

  • Monitor developments in international mobility financing schemes

2. Support the deployment of the digital solution dedicated to international mobility management and the digital transformation of processes

As part of the deployment of this tool at UTC, you will contribute to the transformation and dematerialization of international mobility management processes.

In this capacity, you will notably contribute to:

  • Deployment of the digital solution: analysis of existing processes, workflows, testing, configuration…

  • Regular improvement: coherence, data reliability, evolution

  • Support for service members: onboarding, tutorials

  • Support for students and staff

  • Development of expert use: indicators and monitoring…

You will thus participate in making the digital solution a tool for process improvement and transformation.

3. Contribute to the implementation of the priorities of the Erasmus+ Charter

Contribute to the operational implementation of UTC's commitments within the framework of the Erasmus+ Charter and its four major priorities:

  • Inclusion and diversity: promote access to mobility for disadvantaged groups and improve their support.

  • Ecological transition: promote more responsible international mobility and raise awareness of environmental issues.

  • Digital transformation: develop digital uses and resources related to mobility and support the dematerialization of Erasmus+ schemes.

  • European participation and citizenship: develop actions that foster knowledge of Europe, its values, and the opportunities offered by Erasmus+.

4. Contribute to the promotion of actions and events for students

Contribute to the promotion of international mobility and Erasmus+ priorities:

  • Student events (Erasmus Days, intercultural meetings, testimonials, challenges, etc.);

  • Preparation workshops for departure and valorization of return from mobility;

  • Actions around Europe, inclusion, interculturality, and sustainable mobility.

5. Contribute to the development of short training courses and educational resources

Contribute to the design and facilitation of short training courses, workshops, and educational resources, in-person, online, or in hybrid format, in the context of the mission (tutorials and digital resources for students and staff).

6. Participate in transversal projects of the DRI

Participate, as needed, in transversal projects of the Directorate for International Relations: Erasmus+ projects, SUNRISE European University alliance, international events, mobility promotion actions, internationalization of training programs, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Work in interaction with other units of the DRI, UTC departments and faculty, student associations, and institutional partners.

UTC continues to consolidate a strong European network and aims to be a key player in the evolution of the European higher education model.

In this context, the institution aims for 100% outgoing international mobility for all UTC students. Erasmus+ mobility is considered within this context of promoting mobility, from managing associated scholarships to the outcomes of mobility.

To enhance this mobility, we support UTC students in all procedures, including obtaining international mobility scholarships.

Ultimately, the Directorate for International Relations also aims to promote interculturality, strengthen inclusion, digitalization, and environmental transition, in compliance with the priorities of the Erasmus+ charter and those of UTC's strategy.
