For our client, exclusively, we are recruiting an Automotive Workshop Manager responsible for coordinating operational and technical activities at several sites in the Swiss German-speaking region. Responsibilities - Ensure coordination and organization of daily workshop activities - Plan interventions, distribute tasks, and manage priorities - Supervise a technical team of 3 to 5 collaborators - Provide technical and operational support to all teams - Ensure customer service quality and represent the company professionally - Guarantee compliance with procedures, safety standards, and quality standards - Collaborate with headquarters and ensure smooth communication between teams - Participate in continuous process improvement and work method development. Profile - Professional training in the automotive field (CFC mechanical, bodywork, mechatronics or equivalent) - Formation or experience complementary in administration, workshop management, or technical support - Confirmed experience in a coordination or responsibility role - Very good knowledge of French and German (professional level required) - Ability to work independently, sense of responsibility, flexibility - Driving license category B essential.
