Within the Head Office in Montauban, as part of its development, the Insurance department is recruiting :
A Assistant Insurance Officer H/F
Alongside Elisa, Insurance Manager, and Emma, Insurance Administrator, you will evolve through the management of risks and insurance contracts for the group.
In your key role as an interlocutor, you will contribute to the protection of the group's assets and coordinate aspects related to contracts, claims, and risks.
You will act concretely for our clients and actively contribute to our development.
Your main missions will be :
- Manage insurance contracts and ensure the follow-up of claims to guarantee optimal risk coverage.
- Coordinate the processing of claims and complaints, analyze responsibilities, and optimize indemnifications.
- Ensure regulatory monitoring and compliance with internal and legal requirements.
- Maintain relationships with insurers, brokers, and experts.
- Co-pilot the team and contribute to the service strategy.. To be defined
