We are looking for our future Applications Manager (H/F) on a permanent contract (CDI) at the company headquarters in Veyras (07).
YOUR MISSION:
Reporting to the Information Systems Department, you will support the Group's digital transformation by ensuring the performance, evolution, and deployment of business applications. You will take responsibility for the application management and support unit. Acting as a true bridge between technical teams and business departments, you will lead a team of employees (administrators, project managers, and application referents).
YOUR DAILY WORK :
Application Portfolio Management: Define and evolve application solutions on both functional and technical levels, in alignment with the overall information system architecture, with a particular focus on SAP applications.
Business Relations and Alignment: Finely understand the needs of different departments, translate their expressed needs into adapted IT solutions, and ensure fluid communication.
Project Governance and Monitoring: Coordinate integration projects, monitor service providers, and ensure adherence to schedules, budgets, and deliverable quality.
Team Management and Leadership: Supervise, support, and develop the skills of your team members on a daily basis (organizing rituals, monitoring workloads, change management).
YOUR PROFILE:
Master's degree (Bac +5) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent based on experience
Very good command of ERP environments, especially SAP.
Knowledge of JIRA for project tracking, ticket management, and team facilitation.
CRM & Power BI: Intermediate knowledge would be a plus for overseeing data exploitation and reporting.
Proven experience (5 years minimum) in team management and application project leadership.
Proficiency in professional English, both spoken and written (regular communication in a multi-site and international context).
SOFT SKILLS:
Organization and Rigor: Ability to structure team activity, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects.
Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between technicians and management/business departments.
Service Orientation and Listening: Strong ability to understand business needs and empathy to unite your team and grasp business challenges.
