Assistant Production Manager

Fully committed to this approach, our factory 'Les Moulins de Saint Preuil' manufactures a wide range of breads intended primarily for sale at Intermarché and Netto points of sale.

Description du poste

You will intervene within an industrial site with strong automation (3 production lines) and technical capabilities that will allow you to professionally develop in a company of over 100 employees.

Under the supervision of the Production Manager, your main missions will be:

• Organize the activity of the site by optimizing resources allocated and supervising production schedules;
• Realize the interface with different technical, support, and administrative services at the site, manage costs, and ensure the management of economic and industrial indicators;
• Identify and express needs for temporary or permanent personnel;
• Set up and follow plans for improvement and performance within a continuous improvement approach;
• Centralize and disseminate information relevant to improving performance;
• Manage and develop production team skills (professional interviews, professional training, leave management, equity...);
• Identify and manage technical difficulties inherent in production (reacting to a technical failure, logistical difficulties, non-conformities/non-qualities...) and ensure the follow-up of employee engagement and understanding levels.

Qualifications

A significant and successful experience in an agro-food industrial environment is essential.

You have a natural affinity for management and the authority and competence necessary to be credible with your teams.
