Job description
During SpA - labor agency of Busto Arsizio is looking for a ROOM MANAGER for a prestigious client operating in easy catering.
The resource that will be selected will be in charge of the entire room department, managing the room staff thus ensuring an excellent service, must have operational knowledge of the entire room service and manage orders, respect KPIs, arrange colleagues' shifts, and provide training for new staff as indicated by management.
Employment level from the 4th level based on experience + incentive system, part-time 30 hours. Location: Rozzano (MI)

Requirements
The figure we are looking for must have gained experience in organized catering contexts, especially well-organized fast-food chains are welcome. Availability for split shifts (lunch and dinner, at least on weekends).
Maximum distance from the restaurant half an hour, 40 minutes (they will have to travel 4 times a day when working a split shift). We are looking for already trained individuals with experience in the role.
During SpA is regularly authorized by the Ministry of Labor pursuant to Legislative Decree 276/03 (Auth. Def. Min. Lav. Prot.1180/SG of 13/12/04), with branches throughout the national territory.
