RESPONSIBLE FOR THE TECHNICAL OFFICE Responsibilities: Coordinate and supervise the activities of the Technical Office, ensuring the correct progress of projects; Design and develop new machines and equipment; Manage the update and improvement of machines already in the catalog; Follow the entire product development cycle: design, prototyping, testing, validation, and industrialization; Define modifications and customizations requested by the customer; Interface with suppliers and external workshops for the realization of components; Manage and update bill of materials and technical documentation; Use Autodesk Inventor CAD, PDM, and PLM systems; Collaborate with the Production, Purchasing, and Management departments to ensure compliance with times, costs, and quality. Requirements: Consolidated experience in the role of middle/senior mechanical designer - candidates who have not yet gained experience in coordinating resources will also be positively evaluated; Originating from companies with similar machinery, such as earth-moving machinery and equipment, agricultural machinery, drills, excavators, special machines, or plants with hydraulic systems; Knowledge of 3D CAD modeling systems; Fair knowledge of the English language. The profile is completed by: aptitude for coordination and leadership, proactivity and initiative, passion for mechanical design and for the product.
