Technical Office Responsible

LHH This is an interesting opportunity to join a leading Italian company in the Machinery sector, strongly dynamic and active on strategic projects of technological innovation and automation. The figure we are looking for will have the task of organizing, structuring, and guiding a technical office composed of a multidisciplinary team and will play a key role in defining processes and procedures, ensuring efficiency and collaboration between different technical skills. Responsibilities A direct report to the General Manager, the selected figure will be responsible for coordinating and managing the Technical Office (8 resources), fostering collaboration among its diverse specializations (mechanical, software, electrical). Specifically, it will have the task of: ? Validating and being a guarantor for the technical choices of the Team, relying on external expertise if necessary ? Ensuring compliance with safety regulations for products, particularly referring to the Machinery Directive ? Ensuring the effective advancement of projects (production orders and strategic development projects for new products), interfacing with Project Managers, suppliers, and technology partners. ? Collaborating with other company departments (Quality, Production, Customer Service) to ensure consistency in technical solutions adopted ? Introducing and consolidating operational methods and procedures to improve process efficiency Profilo Will be evaluated for the selection process only candidates possessing the following requirements: ? Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering / Mechatronics / Management ? Previous experience in coordination roles within Technical Offices. ? Preferably from the machinery sector, with a product characterized by automation and robotics ? Attitude towards managing complex projects and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. ? Good knowledge of the English language Completing the profile sought: outstanding organizational and leadership skills, proven relational and project management skills, dynamism, and motivation for personal and professional growth.
