Technical Office Responsible

Just On Business Spa (JOB) is a specialized agency for job placement, personnel administration and training, present on the market for over 20 years. For our client company in the RENEWABLE ENERGY sector, we are selecting a TECHNICAL OFFICE RESPONSIBLE to expand the organizational structure. The resource will have the task of managing 8 resources, among its responsibilities it must manage the contract (from initial planning to closure) independently; - Coordinate operational activities on site, both with internal resources and with subcontracting companies; - Supervise times, costs, quality and safety in accordance with current regulations; - Constant interface with the client and with the Construction Management during all project phases; - Economic management of ongoing variations and preparation of related documentation; - Collaboration with the Procurement Office for procurement of supplies; - Preparation and management of technical and administrative documentation at the end of works. Preferred experience in renewable energy sectors, essential having good organizational skills and result-oriented approach. Ability to manage resources, negotiate with suppliers and autonomous decision-making. Technical degree preferred: Diploma technician (geometer, industrial expert or equivalent title) Consolidated experience in the role of contract manager or site manager. We offer an initial fixed-term contract with a view to permanent employment, Metalmeccanico Collective Labour Agreement - 13 months- with a salary commensurate with skills.
