Tender Specialist

Jobconsulting Srl is Hiring Tender Specialist in Bari for a client company, important Company in the Engineering sector. We are looking for: Nr 1 Tender Specialist The resource will be responsible for: - Drafting and Verifying all legal documentation necessary to participate in Tenders - Planning and Coordinating all phases of the tender process, from initial analysis of the bid until presentation of the offer, respecting deadlines and requests. - Verifying General Terms and Conditions, Specific Clauses, and Conformity Requirements - Working closely with other company departments (such as design, production, finance, quality, and logistics) to gather necessary information, prepare the offer, and ensure that all involved parties are aligned and acting in a timely manner - Supervising the preparation of offers, ensuring they are complete, correct, and conforming to tender requirements and specific requests, including all required documents (technical, economic, legal). Knowing how to manage any potential legal issues and appeals in case of disputes related to participation in tenders and public contracts.
