Michael Page Main responsibilities: - Analysis of tender notices and verification of technical requirements, consistency with company guidelines - Ensure compliance with public procurement regulations (Decree-Law 36/2023 and subsequent amendments). - Collaborate with technical, legal, and administrative areas to define bids. - Supervise the submission of bids and monitor deadlines. - Manage post-tender phases: clarifications, awards, contract signing, and archiving. - Care for relationships with contracting authorities and e-procurement platforms. - Monitor tender outcomes and prepare periodic analysis and performance reports. Requirements: - Master's degree in Civil Engineering - Previous experience in similar roles of at least 10 years - Knowledge of the Public Contracts Code (or current public procurement regulations) - Use of the Office package and main technical software (e.g. AutoCAD, BIM, Revit, etc.) - Good analytical skills, precision, and deadline management - Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork attitude General Contractor Great career opportunity Sector: Other Role: Other
