WORKSHOP TECHNICAL MANAGER

IntermodalTrasporti, a consolidated company in the goods handling sector and specialized in the organization of multimodal transport, is looking for specialized figures to join its workshop for the maintenance and repair of heavy vehicles.

For an important client company operating in the automotive and mechanical maintenance sector, we are looking for a:

WORKSHOP TECHNICAL MANAGER

The resource will be responsible for the technical management of the workshop, ensuring the correct execution of diagnostic activities, the planning of repair interventions, and the supervision of the operational team in full compliance with current regulations.

Specifically, they will be responsible for:

• Coordinating and supervising the daily activities and personnel of the workshop;
• Performing vehicle/equipment diagnostics and planning maintenance and repair interventions;
• Monitoring the correct progress of work, adherence to deadlines, and service quality;
• Ensuring the compliance of interventions with the requirements and current regulations regarding vehicle repair;
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings, mechanical and electrical diagrams;
• Managing operational technical problem-solving and interfacing the team with the needs of the facility.

Work location: Cagliari (CA)

• Enabling requirement for the vehicle repair law (Degree in Engineering/Technical-Professional Diploma, or work experience in the field as a skilled worker in the last 5 years, or enabling Regional Qualification certificate);
• Proven ability to read technical drawings and mechanical and electrical diagrams;
• Strong problem-solving skills and a quality-oriented approach;
• Excellent interpersonal skills, precision, and aptitude for managing and motivating personnel.
