Site Technical Manager

Adecco Italia S.p.A. is looking for a leading company in the shipbuilding, public works, infrastructure, and systems sector:

SITE TECHNICIAN

WITH EXPERIENCE IN SYSTEMS FOR PUBLIC WORKS SITES

The company operates by carrying out public works aimed at the realization of systems for road infrastructures (e.g., Tunnels, Interchanges, motorways and state roads) as well as complex infrastructures (e.g., Airports, Public Infrastructures, etc.). In summary, we are talking about power/electrical distribution systems, transformer substations, lighting, supervision and remote control, ventilation, etc., etc.

Main Responsibilities:

• Technical, operational, and economic management of projects.
• Work programming and preparation of progress reports (control, monitoring, and reporting of site work progress).
• Cost monitoring and procurement management.
• Coordination of workforces, health and safety management on site.
• Supervision of system testing and application of public procurement regulations.

Required Qualifications:

• Knowledge of safety regulations and public procurement.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in site management, preferably in the electrical systems sector.
• Three-year or five-year degree in engineering (electrical, energy, or equivalent) or a technical diploma with experience adequate for the role to be filled.
• Willingness to travel nationwide, with a particular focus on northern Italy.
• Excellent coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills for both internal and external company contacts.

What we offer:

Work Location:

Administrative offices in Milan, Travel as required by site needs.

Working Hours:

Full-time with occasional night supervision.
