Team Beauty Consultant Responsible

Our multinational cosmetics company, based in Milan, is looking for a Team Beauty Consultant Responsible. The person sought will manage the national Beauty team, consisting of approximately 14 Beauty Consultants, with the goal of ensuring excellent customer service and product promotion. Responsibilities The figure will be responsible for the following activities: - Coordinate and supervise the Beauty team on a national scale, composed of around 14 Beauty Consultants - Develop sales strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction - Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback - Collaborate with the marketing department to promote new products - Manage the assigned budget and team resources efficiently. Your Profile The person sought has developed the following skills: - Proven experience in managing Beauty teams in the cosmetics sector and pharmacy channel - In-depth knowledge of the pharmacy channel, cosmetic product, and sell-out mechanisms and Beauty teams - Excellent communication and leadership skills - Knowledge of cosmetic products and market trends - Analysis and problem-solving capabilities to tackle daily challenges - Flexibility and willingness to frequent national travel.
