Sustainability Manager

The resource will be responsible for planning and implementing strategies that promote sustainable practices within the organization. Below are the activities they will undertake:

• Analysis of current practices: evaluating the environmental and social impact of existing business operations.
• Strategy development: creating action plans to improve sustainability, reduce waste, and optimize resource utilization.
• Training and awareness: educating staff and stakeholders on sustainability issues and ecological practices.
• Monitoring and reporting: measuring the results of sustainability initiatives and reporting progress to management and investors.
• Regulatory compliance: ensuring the company adheres to local and international environmental regulations.

Requirements

• Degree in disciplines such as environmental sciences, engineering, economics, or business management.
• 3-4 years of experience in the role
• Understanding of environmental issues and sustainability regulations.
• Analytical skills.
• Ability to lead teams and influence company-level decisions.
• Skills in communicating with various stakeholders.
• Ability to find innovative solutions to address sustainability challenges.
• Excellent knowledge of the English language.

An indefinite contract under the CCNL Commercio (Commerce National Collective Agreement) Level Quadro (Managerial), with a salary range between 60,000 and 70,000 euros, a 10% variable bonus, and meal vouchers worth 9 euros, will be provided.
