INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM MANAGER

Lavoropiù S.p.A. is recruiting, on behalf of an organization operating in the plant engineering sector, a figure to be inserted in the Management Systems area:

• INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM MANAGER

After an initial period of shadowing, the resource will be responsible for independently overseeing the company's Integrated Management System, collaborating with various internal functions and external consultants and bodies.

Main Activities

* management and updating of documentation related to company management systems;

* oversight of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 certifications and support on further standards adopted by the company;

* preparation and management of internal and external audits;

* monitoring of deadlines, non-conformities, corrective actions, and improvement plans;

* management of relationships with certification bodies and consultants;

* support in the management and maintenance of SOA accreditation;

* preparation of reports and periodic updates for management;

* management of waste-related and RENTRI (National Register of Environmental Operators) compliance;

* monitoring of deadlines related to company equipment, systems, and safety measures;

* support on health and safety issues, with possible future development of the activity;

Requirements

* Technical diploma or degree in engineering, environmental, safety, or related fields;

* at least 2 years of experience in managing company systems, certifications, or similar activities;

* good knowledge of the main management systems, particularly ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001;

* experience in document management, deadline tracking, and audits;

* preference for candidates from industrial or mechanical engineering contexts;

* training or experience in occupational health and safety, including as ASPP/RSPP (Assistant/Responsible for Prevention and Protection Service), is desirable;

Indicative Gross Annual Salary: € 30,000 – € 35,000

Work Location: San Giovanni Lupatoto Area (VR)

The remuneration will be quantified based on objective and gender-neutral criteria and relevant provisions of the collective agreement applied in relation to the position.
