You will be responsible for: - Designing critical works: You will actively contribute to designing complex infrastructure such as viaducts, subpasses and retaining walls, which are essential for transportation and water/energy supply networks. - Autonomous project management: You will personally handle the technical and financial aspects of projects, directly managing relationships with clients. - Support in management: You will support the department head and regional director in personnel management and activity planning. - Team collaboration: You will work closely with designers, young engineers and experienced engineers within a dynamic team. - Sustainable development: You will contribute to creating innovative and sustainable solutions, thinking about future generations. - Academic education in the relevant field (civil engineering) - Previous work experience of at least 8-10 years in the same field (structures) - Flexibility and entrepreneurial spirit - Communication skills and ability to openly communicate - Managerial skills - Profitable collaboration with clients and colleagues - Precision and punctuality in fulfilling your duties - Excellent oral and written knowledge of Italian and good knowledge of German.
