Prevention and Protection Service Responsible (R.S.P.P.)

LHH For a leading client company in its sector, we are looking for an R.S.P.P. with solid preparation in the field of safety and prevention, able to manage independently processes related to worker health protection and regulatory compliance. The figure will operate closely with Management, Production, and Quality, contributing to the development and continuous improvement of the company's safety systems. It is considered preferable to have gained experience in food sector contexts or companies characterized by high sanitary standards. Responsibilities: - Coordinate the Prevention and Protection Service and ensure compliance with current regulations (D.Lgs. 81/08). - Analyze risks, update the DVR, and prepare improvement plans. - Manage mandatory training on workplace safety and health. - Supervise procedures, DPIs, internal audits, and emergency plans. - Collaborate with RLS, Medical Competent Person, and company functions. - Monitor and manage incidents, near misses, and reporting activities. - Support projects for process efficiency and standardization from an HSE perspective. Profile: Candidates will be considered who possess the following requirements: - RSPP certification in accordance with the State-Region Agreement. - In-depth knowledge of regulations on workplace safety and hygiene. - Previous experience in the role, preferably in food companies or related industries. - Ability to analyze risks, manage documentation, and coordinate training activities.
