Amadori We are looking for a new person to be inserted into the role of RESPONSIBLE SERVICE PREVENTION AND PROTECTION - RSPP, which, directly reporting to the Employer, manages and coordinates the activities of the Prevention and Protection Service, ensuring compliance with productive activities and company processes with legislative requirements, in accordance with Group procedures. Works closely with the Plant Manager and, coordinating an ASPP, has the responsibility of promoting and supporting the improvement and development of safety culture at all levels of the organization, facilitating communication within the plant and offices of Forno d'Oro present in Isola Vicentina (VI). In this role you will be responsible for: - Being Responsible for the Prevention and Protection Service in accordance with D. Lgs. 81/08 and all legislative and regulatory obligations connected thereto. - Identifying and evaluating risks, if necessary, using external consultants. - Defining improvement plans and programs for reducing identified risks. - Collaborating with the Medical Competent Person and coordinating activities necessary to ensure compliance with medical prescriptions. - Organizing and providing training courses, if necessary, using external trainers (for specific trainings). - Staying up-to-date on legislative requirements relevant to your competence. - Sensitizing personnel at the plant and offices on the applications of current legislation. - Managing relationships with local competent authorities. - Promoting company initiatives and projects. - Preparing and conducting internal safety audits. - Analyzing and elaborating performance data reports for the site. - Guiding the implementation of safety procedures and preventive measures, leveraging collaboration with responsible persons and communication. - Being an agent of change to support the development of safety culture at all levels of the organization. - Implementing Group procedures to achieve, within a reasonable time frame, certification of the site according to ISO 45.001 standard. If you are the person we are looking for if: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Techniques of Prevention in the Environment and Workplaces, Engineering or similar paths or equivalent. - Possession of training as RSPP according to D. Lgs. 81/08. - The ability to train on workplace safety represents an added value. - Experience with certification systems for health and safety at work. - Excellent relational and communication skills. - Attitude in conflict management. - Dynamism, flexibility, and reactivity to changes. - Orientation towards results. - Ability to plan and define priorities/emergencies. - Initiative spirit. - The domicile in areas adjacent to the workplace location of Isola Vicentina (VI) represents a plus.
