Service Responsible - Post Sales (metalmechanics sector)

For a metalmechanical company in the Piacenza area, we are looking for an Aftersales Manager with previous experience in the role. The resource, reporting to the Director, will have the task of coordinating the entire post-sales flow, ensuring customer service excellence, correct spare parts warehouse management, and coordination of technical figures. Required qualifications: Technical Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics; At least 3 years of experience in a similar role; Knowledge of metalmechanical production processes and quality control systems; Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues; Familiarity with ERP systems and data analysis tools. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for the metalmechanics sector, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
