The person will report directly to the Commercial Manager and will contribute to the development of the Ferrara site by coordinating the sales team to achieve quantitative and qualitative targets. Main responsibilities: site commercial strategy; motivation and development of the sales team; KPI monitoring; result culture and customer loyalty development. Requirements: experience in a similar role; strong leadership skills; ability to analyze data and make decisions; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; knowledge of the automotive industry.
