Personnel Research Responsible

CercaSì is a dynamic and growing reality operating in the personnel selection sector. For the strengthening of our organizational structure, we are looking for a Personnel Research Responsible. The figure will be responsible for: Managing the entire personnel selection process, from defining the need to the phase of insertion; Publishing job postings and managing recruiting channels; Conducting CV screening, individual interviews, and assessments; Collaborating with Clients to identify the best candidates; Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies; Maintaining accurate records and databases; Providing regular reports on recruitment progress; Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations; Building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders; Identifying and addressing potential issues or concerns; Developing and implementing process improvements; Providing support and guidance to other team members; Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices. The ideal candidate will have: Strong knowledge of the personnel selection sector; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively; Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; Familiarity with HR software and systems; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology or related field; 3+ years of experience in personnel selection or recruitment; Certification in personnel selection or recruitment (optional).
